Amarillo – floral and citrusy, typically used in  American Ales and IPA’s.  8% – 10% Alpha Acid, medium bitterness and hop flavor.

Cascade – flowery & citrusy, typical used in American-Style Pale Ale, IPA, Porter, and Barley wines.  5% – 7% Alpha Acid, mild bitterness and flavor.

Northern Brewer – Strong fragrant hop with a unique mint-like evergreen flavor. Typical use ESB, English Pale Ale, Porter, Lager, Lambic, Munich Helles 7% – 10% Alpha Acid Medium to Strong flavor and bitterness.

Nugget – Heavy herbal flavor, typical use – Ales, Stout, Barley Wine. 12% – 14% Alpha Acid, strong hop flavor and bitterness. Recommended with Dark Chocolate.
